3 years ago I walked into Hearing Enhancement Centers and met Al and his great staff. After meeting with an Ear Nose & Throat specialist, I knew I needed hearing aids, and Al's was the third place I went to. It was a different experience from the first 2, as I was made to feel comfortable, important, and Al listened to me and my concerns, with no sales pressure to buy anything. He also checked on my insurance and let me know what my costs on several different types of aids that would work for me in different ways. Once I received my hearing aids, Al had me come back from time-to-time to see if they were working well for me and made a couple of very minor adjustments. If the pair of aids that I have ever fails, or should I need an opinion about my hearing, I will definitely be going to Al again.

I had been dragging my feet about having my hearing rechecked, and seeing if my aids could/should be tweaked. So glad I finally made an appointment with Jason at Rochester Hearing Enhancement Center! Because of Jason I found that my hearing aids had many more functions than I had been able to access. My former hearing aid office had neglected to tell me of or even activate many of the features my aids we capable of. I joke with my wife and grandkids now that I have "bionic ears" of course my grand kids have no idea who the Bionic man Steve Austin is..LOL. I will continue to rely on Hearing Enhancement Center for any and all of my hearing aid issues. Thanks Jason!!

I recently completed the process of getting Mom's hearing aids. She was so nervous about it that she backed out of the process a year ago. Well, we showed up again and Jason was as caring and kind as he was the first time. Mom got her hearing aids this time and it was a great experience. She loves them and can't believe how much she was missing without them. Thank you, Jason!

We visited Hearing Enhancement Center in Gilford looking for advice for my husband and myself on hearing aids. Although my husband had some hearing loss, he did not need hearing aids at this point. But I did. I was told of the options, made a decision for a thirty day trial and that is where the experience with Heating Enhancement Centers began. I was given a follow up visit in a week and after that two weeks later. One time I sent a message on a Sunday night and got a call back from the owner that night! And it was not an important message. I was listened to each visit, my questions were addressed and explained. I did not feel rushed. They have been in business more than 25 years and have not had one complaint with BBB! That is an impressive record! And now, after having dealt with them for a couple of months I can understand it. We have recommended them to several of our friends and we would not hesitate to keep doing that. We are impressed with their level of care. Even the office manager is caring and helpful! I can't say enough good things about a business that no one really wants to deal with!

Going to Hearing Enhancement Center and dealing with Al was a fantastic experience. My husband and I found l to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is very good at taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. He also was not a high pressure salesperson, and went out of his way to help us. My husband went home and can hear things that he hasn’t in years. A great product and an extremely positive day. I will recommend it to everyone I know.

Great product,very clear sounding aids.by far the best I have used.Al and the crew are great people to do business with.If you need new aids or are considering your first pair,I would say this is the place to go.Plus they are a local shops, service is just as important as the sale.

My experience with the Hearing Enhancement Center in Concord was exceptional from the first welcome from the front office staff to the day I picked up my hearing aids. My initial audiological testing was a comfortable and reassuring process. I felt I was receiving excellent interpretation of my results. I was reassured that the hearing aids provided by the Center would be an excellent option and that the hearing aids were an excellent product. I was advised of the warranty and the 45 day return policy if needed. My hearing aids were preprogrammed for my hearing loss. The visit for the fitting of my hearing aids was excellent, comfortable and extremely informative and reassuring. I put the hearing aids in and it was an incredible experience. I knew immediately that I would wear them every day with the instant comfort and effectiveness. I was educated about all aspects and options of the hearing aids and again reassured regarding customer service and support. Thank you Latoya Beck, Carl Feltz, Carla Langley and Albert Langley.

I cannot say enough good things about the capability, responsiveness and service of the staff at Hearing Enhancement Centers. Absolutely first rate. Al and team correctly and accurately assessed my needs and then offered me a range of options that met my specific case. And their followthrough post sale is terrific as well. Dealing with diminishing hearing is difficult and the folks at Hearing Enhancement Center have made things much better. I am grateful for their understanding, patience and competence. I recommend them without reservation.

Al Langley and the staff at the Concord office are professional and friendly, and they made every effort to help me with my hearing problem. The one-month no-obligation field trial program is a great way to explore solutions without having to commit to something that might not work. Al is very knowledgeable and worked closely with me to find hearing aids that work very well, especially addressing my problem of being unable to clearly hear sounds in the higher frequencies. I highly recommend them.
